Here is your chance to submit your dog's photo into the BITSA Hall of Fame! Accepted photos can be viewed by the general public, so everyone can see the amazing diversity amongst our pet population!
Please note, however, that only those who've ordered and received their BITSA kit can participate in this exciting opportunity (so if you haven't jumped on board - you must be barking, order now!).
To submit your photo, simply enter your details below - including your unique barcode.
Don't forget to tick the box to show off your BITSA Hero!
Upload Instructions
The barcode can be found on the bottom right hand corner of the Application Form, the
back of the swabs and on the base of the BITSA kit.
Your photograph should be renamed with the same number as the barcode and your surname,
ie. B0000000004SMITH.
Only JPEG files will be accepted.
Digital photos must not exceed 1 MB in size.
Photos must be sized to 800 x 800 pixels.
